Real experiences from owners who trust us with their pets’ health, care, and wellbeing.
I had a great experience with Sarah when I brought Bruce in with a bad limp. She was so friendly and professional, and explained everything really clearly after examining him and reviewing his X-rays. Thankfully nothing was broken, and she suggested rest and a mild painkiller when needed. Bruce improved greatly afterwards, and Sarah really put our minds at ease. He was so calm with her and I knew he was in good hands. Would highly recommend Sarah and Bluebell Vets!

Highly recommend Bluebell Vets, especially Sarah Jane, who was fantastic with my dog Ollie. I went to Sarah seeking a second opinion on a treatment plan for my dog’s skin and allergy issues after seeing no improvement in him. She gave me excellent advice, was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the different treatment options and plans. I felt very reassured and confident in the care Ollie was receiving and have seen a huge improvement in his condition. I would highly recommend the team at Bluebell Vets for their professionalism, knowledge and genuine care for animals.

I couldn’t recommend Sarah-Jane highly enough! She was a huge help when my cat, Kat, developed a nasty abscess on the centre of her face, and after seeing photos, she immediately recognised the urgency and accommodated us at half eight that evening. She drained the abscess there and then, provided antibiotics and excellent aftercare advice, all while being incredibly kind, calm and sensitive to how anxious I was. Kat was in such safe hands, and I’ll always be so grateful for the care Sarah-Jane gave her, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her!

I have two elderly dogs, one of which has complex needs. Dr. Sarah Jane has always taken amazing care of them, listens to my concerns, and helps me to understand some of the more complicated issues. She’s patient, kind, and empathetic. I wouldn’t take my girls to anyone else!

Sarah Jane has helped me with both my cats over the years. One has chronic issues and she is very knowledgeable and kind when answering all my questions, she was able to diagnose him when others were not. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a vet.
